Promo Bills Shipping Policy

1. Free Shipping on Orders Over $50

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $50. This is our way of saying thank you for choosing Promo Bills for your custom merchandise needs! The discount will be automatically applied at checkout when your order qualifies.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer a variety of shipping methods, and delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping option you choose. Below are the general delivery timeframes for each shipping method:

  • Standard Shipping (3-7 business days)
  • Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)
  • Rush Shipping (1-2 business days)
    (Please note that processing time for custom orders may take 1-3 business days before shipment.)

Note: Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to factors like weather, customs, or carrier issues.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Orders:

    • Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping.
    • Orders under $50 will be charged a flat shipping fee based on the delivery address and shipping method chosen at checkout.
  • International Orders:

    • Shipping costs for international orders will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the selected shipping method.
    • International orders may also be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that the production of custom merchandise may take additional time based on the complexity of your order and the workload of our fulfillment team.

  • Custom Orders: Production time for custom items generally takes 1-3 business days before shipment. During busy periods, production may take a bit longer, but we always aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

  • Non-Custom Orders: Orders for non-custom items typically ship within 1 business day.

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking details so you can track the progress of your shipment.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes: We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes for certain shipping methods. Please provide a physical address at checkout to ensure smooth delivery.

  • International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times and shipping rates vary by destination, and you may be subject to import taxes and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item. Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order to avoid this issue.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website.

If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

7. Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, please note that shipping carriers may experience delays due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Promo Bills is not responsible for any shipping delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier.

In the event of a significant delay, we will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

Promo Bills is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen once the carrier has marked them as "delivered." If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please reach out to our customer service team so we can assist you in resolving the issue.
